Alrighty then! here goes..I am a 52 year old self employed, martial arts & fitness trainer, based in southend on sea in essex. Am pretty laid back & relaxed about life, enjoy a laugh & getting together with friends, am a great listener & fun company, enjoy travelling to asia, for sporting holidays. I'm solvent & independant, outgoing & social in the right company, quiet & reserved when not.
