Educated Danish-Turk wants to meet Turks

I'm a Danish-Turk, living in London for 10 years. Currently studying a part time MA in History of Ideas and working. I'm not a very Turk, neither am I a typical Dane; actually after many years of searching for myself I found out that I can only be Ibrahim. I love poetry, from Yunus Emre to Orhan Veli, Rainer Maria Rilke or Yeats. Also films (French films like those of Francois Ozon or the Turkish directors Zeki Demirkubuz and Nuri Bilge Ceylan)..literature..Istanbul... I already did one BSc in Denmark, and most of a MSc before moving to London. Now I've done a BA, and doing the MA and may be doing a Phd, who knows... My dream is to perhaps some day move to either Istanbul or Shanghai or another beautiful place and teach while doing my own research on culture and history.

Insights
When raising a family, how important is it that your kids learn to speak Turkish?
My own Turkish is very poor and I therefore know how much they will miss out on if they don't learn at least some Turkish, but learning other languages can be valuable too.
Describe your perfect weekend.
I love to ride my bicycle to St Albans or Cambridge or just around North London/Barnet/Waltham Abbey.
Do you believe in love at first sight?
I think sometimes it can feel like love at first sight, but then you wonder: was it just infatuation or was it love?
How many kids would you like to have?
1-3
What do your friends like about you most?
My sense of humour, my loyalty and my strange ways of thinking.
What do your friends tease you about the most?
Wearing cycle shorts in winter.
What gets on your nerves?
People who make other peoples lives a misery because they're insecure and think having power or money will make them better than others.
What is the most important thing in a relationship?
Love.. If you have love, you have honesty, desire, friendship, loyalty and the rest of it...
What do you hope to be doing five years from now?
Ideally, doing a part time Phd while working during the day.
