Looking for the one

As I've gotten older, I've learned alot about myself and the types of people I like to surround myself with. I've never been into the whole "Internet Dating" thing, it is so hit or miss. We all have that perfect person that we all want to find. The thing is that I've realized that the chances of finding that person at a bar or club are pretty slim. I just want to get to know someone and have them get to know me. A long term realtionship is not something that happens instantly, it takes time...I just want to find someone who understands that and is willing to try. I'm pretty busy during the week and I try to put the weekends aside to spend with people that I care about, being friends or family. I think people are so hung up trying to to identify themselves by their sexuality, that they forget that it is only a small fraction of who they are. I'm personally more attracted to more masculine guys, who don't define themselves just by the fact that they are gay. Respect, honesty, humor, and drive are all very important to me. I know that we all have our faults, but I admire a person who can admit to them and try to improve apon them.
