Describe the perfect evening.
Spending time with friends and family (especially in Turkey!). Having great food, great drinks, and fun conversation. If I'm just with that special person, a night out with dinner, wine, and conversation. When I think of Izmir however, I think of walking Alsancak/Kordon, and sipping tea, or having an Efes at the cafes.
Describe your perfect weekend.
The ocean. A nice restaurant. A hike in the forest. Relax on the porch. Cook good food with friends and family.
Do you believe in love at first sight?
Yes, I believe it is possible. But that doesn't mean it is true love. I think you really have to get to know the person, their hopes, their dreams, to really know them at that level.
What do your friends like about you most?
I have a strange sarcastic sense of humor. I don't know if I can explain it... and I tend to hide it somewhat until I know someone better.
What gets on your nerves?
TV Commercials. I have no idea why. :)
What is the most important thing in a relationship?
Respect, understanding, honesty, friendship, and trust. A long list? But very important. All of those, plus a little spice, in my opinion, culminate into true love.
What turns you on?
I like a confident woman who know who she is as a person. Who has self respect, and as a result, respect others. She should be confident in herself. Able to wear jeans one night, and a fancy dress the next, and maybe occasionally other things (spice? remember from earlier?).
What do you hope to be doing five years from now?
I own my own home, have been employed steadily for ~16 years at the same company. In 5 years, I hope to see myself with a loving woman I cannot be without. Wherever that leads, it will. In my career, I always have options. My career will follow my life. I do not let my career lead me.
