Hello. Thanks for reading this. I think if one gets to know me, some might think I'm down-to-Earth, like my smile. I can be quite warm, funny, and serious. I have a shy side, but I'm also quite friendly. I like trying new food, traveling, history, animals (cats and dogs), live music, museums. I would say I'm lover of many things Turkish- the food, music, language, and many of the people. I can speak basic Turkish. One of my grandparents was born in the city of Adana. I've been to Turkey 4 times. It's enough to get around, and I'm learning rapidly on my own. I'm also decent enough in Korean. I'm well-traveled. I am generally open-minded, kind, somewhat liberal, but with values.

When raising a family, how important is it that your kids learn to speak Turkish?
I don't speak Turkish. I'm only partially Turkish, but if the mother's Turkish then they should learn both my language and Turkish.
Describe the perfect evening.
The perfect evening is at a restaurant with a great person where you can see the ocean, overlook a mountain.
Describe your perfect weekend.
I like to go to cafes, restaurants, out of town etc...
Do you believe in love at first sight?
As the Beatles would say, I'm sure it happens all the time. I don't focus on that, but I would welcome it for sure.
How many kids would you like to have?
One or two.
If you could have one super power, what would it be and why?
I would allow people more access to knowledge that benefits all humankind.
What is the most important lesson that you've learned?
I've met various different women in my life, but I'd like to find someone who feels I fit her and vice versa. I'm open-minded and believe things do need work and two people to believe in something.
What do your friends like about you most?
They think I'm very sincere, hard-working, and care about others.
What do your friends tease you about the most?
I can't really think of anything.
What gets on your nerves?
Well...People who are not sincere or people do their job incompetently or without consideration for others.
What is the most important thing in a relationship?
Sincerity, someone I can talk to...
What's the best age to get married?
I'm open-minded about that. I'd like to do it somewhat soon.
What turns you off?
Someone who talks a lot about others and acts very negative. A little negativity is fine. We're all human, we have our moods. That includes me.
What turns you on?
Passion and intelligence...
What do you hope to be doing five years from now?
I hope to have saved a fair bit of money, used my teaching experience to parlay into some other interesting career or be in business.
