Hi there!

I would describe myself as an intelligent, warm and friendly person who is caring and compassionate with noteworthy strengths for overcoming the odds and seeing the humorous side in most situations. I came to NYC almost 12 years ago for graduate studies and have grown and changed a lot since then. At times, the journey has been tough (thanks to INS) but in retrospect I would say that those experiences made me a stronger, even more focused and determined person. I have a career that I enjoy a lot and consider it a meaningful path where I feel I continue to learn and grow each day while I am making differences in people’s lives, helping them achieve their goals. But sometimes people who like life at a safer speed and prefer their comfort zones may perceive me as moving too fast (although those people have respected me for my courage and appreciated my frank approach at the end). In terms of romance... I believe in the equal partnership and would like to be with an intellectually stimulating man who is kind and caring...with whom I can feel at home and continue to grow together. Someone who is comfortable with receiving and showing affection...has passions in life, a career that he derives gratification from but also believes that having a quality of time with family, friends is important in life as well.
