The capture of the beast

I like running, going to the gym, listening to music, watching movies, and reading literature. I like jazz, electronica, and classical rock. These days I am into this kind of music: 666 (Aphrodite's Child), The Kinks Are the Village Green Preservation Society, The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars, In the Court of the Crimson King, Zen Arcade, Elodia. I like to tell random, nonsensical jokes. I grew up in Taipei, Taiwan (the democratic China) and only came to the US after my military service. Right now I am a doctorate student at Harvard.
