I always learn and teach something interesting, healthy and helpful, such as raja yoga, zen, belly dancing, brazilian samba, etc. Dancing is my hobby and my best medicine. I have holistic "body - mind - soul" approach, i like simple natural and healthy things in life, truth and harmony between actions, words, thoughts and intentions.
