Hello from Germany. I am British and have lived in Germany for many years. Evenings I do not like to go to Disco's but enjoy spending time with interesting people, walking or perhaps enjoying a drink together. I travel to Turkey every year with my girlfriend from America. We always spend a week in Istanbul and then travel to Goreme near Nevshehir. We love the walking and playing Tavla with our friends there. When raising a family, how important is it that your kids learn to speak Turkish?
If living in Turkey very important.
If one of the parents are Turkish then also very important.
Describe the perfect evening.
Walking through a shaded wooded valley, by a river or walk bare foot on the beach. Dinner party with friends. Lively conversation.
Describe your perfect weekend.
Visiting with friends or relaxing at home.
Do you believe in love at first sight?
Yes. But lasting love needs work and time to make it grow. The commitment is needed from both sides.
How many kids would you like to have?
I love children and am sad that my business came before having a family. If I met someone with older children this would be a blessing for me, atleast I could have grandchildren to visit.
If you could have one super power, what would it be and why?
I would like to help those who do not know how to help themselves. Perhaps dig wells in villages that have no water - as water is the beginning of life. This would raise the standard of life for many.
What is the most important lesson that you've learned?
That is not for you to know.....
