From Down Under ..Are you between 38-43 ?

I am a 51 years old gentleman and currently living in Australia.I am in the Financial sector and work as a Mortgage Consultant.I have formed my own business not long ago and very optimistic for the future.I would like to meet a lady who is intelligent and looks is unimportant to me.I regard myself as an avarage looking bloke for my age and of course I don't judge people with their apperance.However, I can be a very good partner if the other person is willing to take her time to get to know me.I speak German and English although my background is different...I enjoy living in Melbourne, Australia and I think here is a great place to live.I also regard myself as 'pragmatic' and 'realist'.My expectations in life are achievable and realistic.I also beleive that life is too short and in the giant time concept we all are seconds and I firmly beleive that perfectionizm is a major obstacle in one's way as so called perfectionists are 'never' happy in life with what they have got in their possessions. Simple things can make me happy in life.After all it is not guaranteed that I will live another half a century, namely till the age of 102!! She must also be energetic and be prepared to work with me together in order to acheive someting valuable in life, enjoying 'sense of achivement'.Nothing should be possesed easily without any effort.
